What Each Grade Level Includes

K4–K5 (Early Childhood)
Ages 4-5 | Foundation & Wonder

Early childhood is about wonder, discovery, and building foundational skills. We foster curiosity and a love of learning while developing social, emotional, and academic readiness.

  • Letter recognition, phonics, beginning reading
  • Number concepts and early mathematics
  • Christian foundation and Bible stories
  • Art, music, and movement
  • Virtue formation and character development
  • Parent partnership with student accountability
Grades 1–5 (Grammar Stage)
Ages 6-11 | Mastery of Content & Facts

The Grammar stage emphasizes mastery of facts, language arts, mathematics, history, and science. Students build strong foundational knowledge and develop disciplined learning habits.

  • Classical language arts (reading, writing, grammar, Latin introduction)
  • Core mathematics with mastery-based progression
  • History and geography through narrative approach
  • Science with hands-on exploration
  • Art and music instruction
  • Christian worldview integrated throughout
  • Increasing independence and responsibility
Grades 6–8 (Logic Stage)
Ages 12-14 | Critical Thinking & Reasoning

The Logic stage harnesses the adolescent mind's natural ability to think abstractly and reason. We teach students to analyze, question, and understand the "why" behind knowledge.

  • Advanced grammar, rhetoric, and logic instruction
  • Latin language skills
  • Algebra and geometry with emphasis on logical thinking
  • History and literature analyzed for themes and connections
  • Science with inquiry-based learning

Grades 9–12 (Rhetoric Stage)
Ages 14-18 | Eloquence & Leadership

The Rhetoric stage prepares young men and women for college and leadership. Students articulate ideas clearly, write persuasively, and understand their role as Christian citizens in a complex world.

  • Advanced English: rhetoric, composition, literature analysis
  • Advanced placement (AP) and dual enrollment options
  • Modern languages and Latin
  • Mathematics through calculus
  • Sciences: chemistry, biology, physics, environmental science
  • History and government with emphasis on Christian worldview

  • Leadership seminars and service projects
  • College preparation and SAT/ACT support
  • Portfolio development for college applications
