Victory Christian Academy Required Before Device Issuance

Student Technology Loan Agreement

Sign before your VCA Virtual Chromebook is released. Appendix F of the VCA Virtual Parent-Student Handbook.

Quick read

A simple Agreement. Signed once a year.

VCA Virtual provides Chromebooks to families who need one for the program. This Agreement spells out who looks after the device while it's at home and what we'll do together if something goes wrong. We aim to keep it simple and fair.

The fee schedule below shows the starting points if a device is damaged, lost, or not returned. Most issues end with a short conversation.

Family Information

The parent or legal guardian receiving the device on behalf of the student.

Student Information

The student receiving the device.

If something goes wrong

The numbers below are what it costs us to replace or repair items — not penalties. Most damage gets a quick conversation, not a bill. The Technology Support Coordinator confirms anything in writing before the Business Office bills the family. Choice voucher funds can't be used for device fees.
