Enrollment Is Not a Transaction

It is a call answered.

A school enrollment is the first decision a family makes about who will help form their scholar. We treat it that way.

Every family who applies to VCA Virtual gets a conversation with a real person, an honest read on whether we’re the right fit, and clear next steps. Applications never sit in a queue. The process below is designed to take a family from first inquiry to first day in fewer than six weeks if you’re ready — or longer if you’d rather pace it across the spring.

The Path

Four steps. Personal at every one.

From inquiry to welcome letter. We answer within one business day at each stage.

I

Request Information

Fill out a brief request form or call us at 414-710-4344. Our admissions team replies within one business day to answer questions about the four pathways, the Christian school day, and Choice Program eligibility for your family.

II

Family Consultation

A 30-minute call with our Virtual Administrator. We discuss your scholar’s grade level, learning history, any documented needs, and which pathway (Great Hearts Classical, WVS Bridge, K–8 Individualized, or On Fire) fits best. Honest fit beats brochure pitch — if we’re not right, we’ll say so.

III

Submit Your Application

Complete VCA Virtual’s enrollment application with scholar information, prior academic records, and any relevant documentation. Choice-eligible families also submit a parallel application through Wisconsin DPI’s Online Parent Application during one of the monthly windows (February through September). Our team helps with both side by side.

IV

Welcome to VCA Virtual

Receive your acceptance letter and meet your assigned Academic Coach and Faith Coach before the first day. Choice voucher pays tuition directly from DPI to VCA — tuition is $0, guaranteed. Small incidental fees may apply over the year, but never enough to keep your Scholar from attending.

All Four Wisconsin Choice Programs

Tuition-free for eligible WI families.

MPCP · WPCP · RPCP · SNSP — the only Christian online school in all four.

2026–27 Choice Application Windows

Wisconsin moved to monthly windows.

For 2026–27, Wisconsin DPI replaced the old single February–April window with eight monthly application windows running February through September. Apply during any open window through the state's Online Parent Application portal. Our team helps you coordinate the DPI side with VCA's enrollment.

VCA Virtual participates in WPCP windows; the specific windows VCA selected on its Intent to Participate are confirmed by our admissions team — call 414-710-4344 to verify the next available window for your family.

Eligible for Choice?
Apply this month if you can.

Choice voucher pays full WPCP/MPCP/RPCP tuition direct from DPI to VCA — tuition is $0, guaranteed. Small fees may apply but will never gate your enrollment. Each window is independent, but earlier means earlier seat assignment and cohort placement. Income limits apply — see Choice Programs or call us.

Not Eligible or Missed All Windows?
Tuition-paying enrollment stays open.

Families ineligible for a Choice voucher (or who join us after September) can enroll directly with VCA Virtual as tuition-paying students. Rolling enrollment continues into the school year as cohort capacity allows.

What You’ll Need
