Nomine et opere. By name and by work.
The principal, dean of instruction, coaches, and administrators who shape the life of Victory Christian Academy — the adults your family will actually work with.
A school where every adult knows every family is a school where every child is genuinely seen.
VCA Virtual is not a platform with a support inbox. It is a small, named team of adults who know your student, know your family, and answer their own phones. The names below are the people you will work with, week by week, year by year.
A focused team holds the academic, spiritual, and operational direction of VCA Virtual. The Principal oversees integration with the wider VCA mission. Every other role serves the Virtual program directly.

Principal of Victory Christian Academy. Sets the academic and spiritual direction for the school and oversees integration of VCA Virtual into the wider 25-year VCA mission.

Highest instructional authority within VCA Virtual under the Principal. Conducts academic evaluations, designs individualized learning strategies, and ensures pedagogical coherence across every Virtual program.

Operational command center and family-facing backbone. Primary point of contact for Virtual families. Manages attendance, weekly logs, grade reporting, documentation, onboarding, and DPI compliance.

The first voice families hear during the enrollment journey and the Principal’s operational right-hand. Walks new families through application, choice-program paperwork, and onboarding. Assists Dr. Williams with day-to-day administration of the Virtual program.

The relational and spiritual center of the coaching model. Primary relational coach for students and families. Anchors the Virtual program in VCA’s Christian mission and culture. A role unique to VCA Virtual.

Academic monitoring, data integrity, and the early-warning system for the Virtual program. Tracks grades, pacing, course completion, and academic trends. Identifies at-risk students before issues escalate.

Coordinates standardized testing across the Virtual program — NWEA MAP windows, end-of-year state assessments, and ongoing course-level evaluation. Helps families and teachers turn assessment data into next steps for every student.

Anchors special education for VCA Virtual. Designs and oversees IEP services, monitors progress on student goals, and works alongside Virtual teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are delivered consistently across every pathway.

Vision, strategy, and systems architect for VCA Virtual. Aligns the program model to the VCA mission. Leads compliance, marketing, partnerships, and growth planning. Bridge between administration, board, vendors, and families.
In any given week a VCA Virtual family may hear from these four roles — depending on what the student needs. Every family is genuinely known by multiple adults.
The main front door for every family. Records, enrollment, attendance, tech, routing — you always know who to call.
Oversees academic quality across every pathway. Designs Individualized Learning Plans for students who need more.
Reviews weekly grades, attendance, and completion across GHO, WVS, and VCA coursework. The data brain for each family.
A different person from the Academic Coach. Spiritual mentor, cultural steward, relational bridge. Coordinates chapel, devotions, and prayer.
“The good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep… and calleth his own sheep by name.”John 10:11, 3 · KJV
