Wisconsin Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (Choice Program) eligibility is determined by the Wisconsin Department of Education, not by VCA Virtual. While VCA Virtual is a Choice-Approved school, we make no guarantees regarding any family’s Choice Program eligibility, funding amount, or disbursement timeline. Families are responsible for verifying their Choice Program status with the Wisconsin Department of Education.
