Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP)

The Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP) offers eligible families residing in the Racine Unified School District the opportunity to attend private schools like VCA Virtual tuition-free. This program helps ensure that more Wisconsin families have access to faith-based, classical education regardless of financial circumstances.

Eligibility

  • Must reside within the Racine Unified School District
  • Family income must be at or below 300% of the federal poverty level
  • Applies to students entering K4 through 12th grade

Voucher Amounts (2024–2025)

  • Grades K–8: $10,237
  • Grades 9–12: $12,731

How to Apply

Families must apply online via the Wisconsin DPI School Choice Application Portal during open enrollment periods. A current proof of residency and income verification are required at the time of application.
